Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact morley@packsend.com.au with the following details:

Details of new items required or request for refund
If your return is accepted, you will need to send back your item through Australia Post at your own cost.
The return address is: Unit 1, 1919 Beach Road, MALAGA, WA 6090, AUSTRALIA.
Once we receive it, we will process your request accordingly:

Exchanges: Once we receive your returned item, we will send you the new size you requested at no extra cost.

Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund back to your original payment method.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
